Start the Vegetables
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
In provided tray, combine diced peppers, broccoli, savory seasoning, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 12 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
Carefully remove tray from oven and push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain excess liquid from tray.Stir balsamic glaze and softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with pesto (to taste). Bon appétit!
