To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Roast the Potatoes
Slice potatoes into 1/4" rounds.
Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil, Parmesan, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until tender and golden-brown, 15-20 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Make Topping and Prepare Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pesto, and half the hot sauce (to taste; reserve remaining for garnish). Set aside.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. -
Prepare the Green Beans
Trim ends off green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans on second prepared baking sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Push green beans to one half of baking sheet. -
Add the Chicken
Place chicken on empty side of baking sheet next to green beans.
Top chicken evenly with topping (use less if spice-averse), then bacon, pressing gently to adhere. -
Roast Green Beans and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast green beans and chicken in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove both sheets from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing chicken with remaining hot sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
