If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Start the Potatoes
Quarter potatoes.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until fork-tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. -
2 Finish the Potatoes
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil.
Add microwaved potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until slightly browned, 6-8 minutes.Add savory seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir occasionally until potatoes are coated, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse).
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork chops to hot pan and cook until golden-brown and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Stir in BBQ sauce and flip pork until coated. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Creamed Corn and Finish Dish
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine corn, cream base, minced garlic and parsley, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave.Stir in cheese until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with remaining sauce from pan and garnishing potatoes with dressing. Bon appétit!
