Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Start the Green Beans

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    In provided tray, combine green beans, potato spice seasoning, a pinch of pepper, and 1 Tbsp. water. Toss to coat evenly and cover tray with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 20 minutes.

    Add the Salmon

    Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with lemon n herb seasoning.

    After 20 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Stir tomato pesto and minced garlic and parsley into green beans. Push to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place salmon, skin-side down, in now-empty side of tray. Cover green beans side with foil.

    Bake Meal and Make Sauce

    Bake half-covered (green beans covered, salmon uncovered) in hot oven until green beans are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine maple syrup and basil pesto butter. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until melted, 25-35 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir in mayonnaise and 1 tsp. water until combined.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    To serve, top salmon with sauce. Bon appétit!
