Freeze until use.
If using oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove frittata from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until heated through, 15-20 minutes. Bon appétit!If using microwave: Remove frittata from metal container by running a knife around edge and turning upside down. Place frittata on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel.
