Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Start the Vegetables

    In one provided tray, combine butternut squash, peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, and taco seasoning. Spread into a single layer.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 30-35 minutes.

    While vegetables bake, continue recipe.

    Add the Chicken and Cheese

    Pat chicken dry and place in second provided tray.

    Top evenly with 1/4 tsp. salt and cheese.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Carefully remove both trays from oven.

    To serve, top chicken with green chili aioli (to taste) and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
