Prepare the Sandwich
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Halve roll and toast until lightly toasted, 1-2 minutes.Top bottom half of roll evenly with cheese.Microwave chicken until warm, 1-2 minutes. Stir in green chili aioli (to taste).Top bottom half of roll with chili-chicken mixture, spinach, and top half of roll. Bon appétit!
