If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Start the Carrots
Combine carrots, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in one provided tray. Cover with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 5 minutes.While carrots bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Place in second provided tray and evenly top with marinara, then cheese. -
Bake Meal and Heat Mashed Potatoes
Bake both trays (chicken uncovered, carrots covered) in hot oven until carrots are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, place mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir in 2/3 the softened butter (reserve remaining for carrots) and 1/4 tsp. salt until combined.Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Stir remaining butter, honey, and 1/4 tsp. salt into carrots until combined.Bon appétit!
