Microwave Instructions
Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
Evenly divide pork and BBQ sauce between both provided trays. Stir to combine. Cover both trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until pork is warmed through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove trays from microwave and stir to combine. Evenly divide cheese between both trays. Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until cheese has melted, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove trays from microwave.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, carrots, cranberries, a pinch of pepper, and dressing. Set aside.Wrap buns in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove buns from microwave.To serve, top bottom bun with pulled pork mixture, pickles, and top bun. Serve slaw on the side. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.

Bake covered in hot oven until pork is warmed through, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven and stir to combine. Evenly divide cheese between both trays. Cover both trays with foil. Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until cheese melts, 5-8 minutes.Place buns, cut-side down, directly on oven rack. Toast until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove trays and buns from oven. In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, carrots, cranberries, a pinch of pepper, and dressing.To serve, top bottom bun with pulled pork mixture, pickles, and top bun. Serve slaw on the side. Bon appétit!
