You Will Need
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Cooking Spray
- 1 Medium Non-Stick Pan
- 1 Baking Sheet
Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Stem mushrooms and cut caps into 1/4” slices.
Mince chives.Remove prosciutto from refrigerator. Cut prosciutto widthwise into 1/2" strips. -
2 Cook the Mushrooms
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add mushrooms to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 4-6 minutes.
Transfer mushrooms to a plate and set aside. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Make the Sauce
Add 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, garlic and parsley seasoning, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir constantly until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner. -
4 Assemble and Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet. Divide sauce evenly between flatbreads and spread into an even layer. Top with mushrooms, prosciutto, and mozzarella.
Bake in hot oven until browned, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping flatbread with remaining Parmesan and chives. Bon appétit!
