Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Start the Pasta
Evenly divide Bolognese, beans and their liquid, chile and cumin rub, tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt, and pasta between both provided trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Cover both trays with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 9-12 minutes. -
Add the Corn and Cheese
Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide corn between trays and stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.
Top both trays evenly with cheese. -
Finish Pasta and Finish Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until cheese melts and sauce is bubbling, 9-12 minutes.
While meal bakes, stem and tear cilantro.Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
