1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Stem and mince rosemary.Place green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, lemon n herb seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Make Rosemary Bacon Butter and Add Steaks
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate.
Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Transfer bacon to a mixing bowl. Stir in 1 tsp. rosemary, half the creme fraiche (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes), and butter until combined. Set aside.Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Place steaks in now-empty side of tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-18 minutes.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Meal
Place mashed potatoes, remaining creme fraiche, 1/4 tsp. salt, and cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.To serve, top steak with rosemary bacon butter. Bon appétit!
