To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook n a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Prepare the Green Beans

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, lemon n herb seasoning, and a pinch of pepper in one provided tray. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer.

    Prepare the Chicken

    Coarsely crush crackers.

    In a mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers and cheese. Set aside.

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Place chicken in second provided tray. Evenly top with creme fraiche, then cracker mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

    Bake Meal and Heat Mashed Potatoes

    Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    While green beans and chicken bake, place mashed potatoes, butter, and buttermilk-dill seasoning in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.

    Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.

    Carefully remove trays from oven.

    To serve, top chicken with dressing. Bon appétit!
