Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Start the Potatoes
Drain potatoes.
In provided tray, combine potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and garlic pepper. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and 2/3 the Buffalo sauce (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for garnish). Set aside.After 15 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 425 degrees.Push potatoes to one side of tray. Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Top chicken evenly with cream cheese mixture (use less if spice-averse), then shredded cheese and panko, pressing gently to adhere. Spray with cooking spray. -
Bake Meal and Make Crema
Bake uncovered in hot oven until potatoes are crispy and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1 tsp. water. If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir butter into potatoes until melted and combined.To serve, top chicken with remaining Buffalo sauce (to taste) and serve crema on the side for dipping.
