Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Mashed Potatoes
Add mashed potatoes and buttermilk-dill seasoning to one provided tray and stir vigorously to combine. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While mashed potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Chicken and Corn
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse).
Place chicken in second provided tray. Top chicken evenly with half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for topping).After 15 minutes, carefully remove mashed potatoes from oven and add half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping) and half the creme fraiche (reserve remaining for corn). Stir vigorously to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Push mashed potatoes to one half of tray. Add corn, 1/4 tsp. salt, and remaining creme fraiche to now-empty side of tray. Stir to combine. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until mashed potatoes and corn are heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top mashed potatoes with remaining cheese and garnish chicken with remaining BBQ sauce and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
