If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Follow same instructions as stated in recipe.

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Add mashed potatoes to one provided tray (no need to drain) and stir vigorously to combine.
Stir in corn, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Cover tray with foil. -
Prepare the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine crispy onions and shredded cheese. Set aside.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Place chicken in second provided tray.Evenly top chicken with mayonnaise, then crispy onion-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
Bake Meal and Crisp Bacon
Bake both trays (potatoes covered, chicken uncovered) in hot oven until potatoes are heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon in an even layer on towel-lined plate.Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove bacon from microwave and trays from oven. Vigorously stir potatoes to combine.To serve, top potatoes with crispy bacon. Bon appétit!
