Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Break up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Add protein to meal as desired.

Start the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheets, flat-side up.
Bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes.While flatbreads bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/4" dice.
Thinly slice mushrooms.Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add mushrooms and garlic and parsley seasoning to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and tender, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner. -
Make Sauce and Assemble Flatbreads
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marinara, butter (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until butter is melted, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Bowl will be hot! Use a utensil.After 8-10 minutes, carefully remove sheets from oven. Flip flatbreads. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Evenly top flatbreads with sauce (to taste), then tomatoes, mushrooms, and mozzarella. -
Finish Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Bake in hot oven until flatbreads are lightly golden-brown and mozzarella has melted, 6-8 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, slicing flatbreads, if desired, and topping with Asiago. Bon appétit!
