Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using diced chicken, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using flank steak, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 12-14 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine marinara, cream sauce base, seasoning blend, red bell pepper, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. -
2 Add the Pasta and Shrimp
Stir in pasta. Top evenly with peas and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pat shrimp dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.Top pasta evenly with shrimp, then drizzle with 2 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-28 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir to combine. Garnish with Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
