Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain pot roast and separate into bite-sized pieces. Drain potatoes.
In provided tray, combine 1/4 cup water, carrots, and a pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until carrots are tender, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add mirepoix base, cream base, peas, potatoes, mushroom seasoning, cream cheese, and pot roast to tray. Stir thoroughly to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until warmed through, 5-6 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in butter until melted and combined.To serve, garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
