Cooking Guidelines

1 Microwave Instructions
Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain chicken breast and pat dry.
Combine flour and tomatoes in one provided tray. Stir until no dry flour remains. Stir in marinara, 1/2 cup water, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, cream cheese, and a pinch of salt. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until beginning to thicken, 4-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir until smooth. Stir in pasta, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), pesto, chicken, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Divide mixture evenly between both trays.Cover trays with damp paper towels. Microwave covered until chicken is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine.To serve, garnish pasta with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain chicken breast and pat dry.
