Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Ground Beef and Peppers
Evenly divide diced peppers and ground beef between both provided trays, breaking up ground beef into bite-sized pieces. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Evenly top each tray with a pinch of salt.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While ground beef and peppers bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Biscuit Mixture
In a mixing bowl, crumble biscuits into bite-sized pieces. Add cheese and stir to combine.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use caution.Evenly divide tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, 1/4 tsp. pepper, corn, taco seasoning, and brown sugar between both trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.Evenly top each tray with biscuit mixture and spray with cooking spray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until biscuit mixture is golden-brown and ground beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, top with sour cream. Bon appétit!
