Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim zucchini ends and cut into 1/2" slices on an angle. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.

    Trim green beans, if necessary, and cut into 1" pieces.

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Prepare the Chicken

    Place panko on a plate and spread into an even layer.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with potato spice seasoning. Evenly coat both sides of chicken with mayonnaise.

    Place chicken onto panko, flipping and pressing gently to adhere to both sides.

    Add the Chicken

    Transfer chicken to one prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add the Vegetables

    Combine vegetables, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and garlic salt on second prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables and spread into an even layer.

    Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish

    Roast both baking sheets in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove sheets from oven.

    Stir butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
