Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Cookie Dough Instructions

    Keep refrigerated up to 15 days or freeze up to best by date.

    If consuming by spoonful: Remove from packaging. Bon appétit!

    If using oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Remove cookie dough from packaging. Form cookie dough into 1"-thick cookie dough balls. Place cookie dough balls on prepared baking sheet.

    Bake in hot oven until flattened and firm around the edges, 9-11 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Transfer cookies to wire rack. Let cool, 10 minutes.

    If you don't have a wire rack, transfer to a cool, flat surface. Bon appétit!
