Microwave Instructions
Drain beans.
Drain brisket and separate slices.In provided tray, combine brisket, corn, beans, and BBQ sauce (to taste). Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until warmed through, 2-4 minutes.While meal heats, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, dressing (to taste), and a pinch of salt. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir to combine.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.To serve, fill tortillas with brisket mixture and top with slaw (to taste) and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Drain beans.
