  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Cook the Chicken

    Pat diced chicken dry and season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

    Transfer chicken to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat.

    Start the Sauce

    Add 2 tsp. olive oil, minced garlic and parsley, and tomatoes to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

    Once simmering, add spinach and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally until spinach is wilted, 1-2 minutes.

    Finish the Sauce

    Add cream base to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

    Once simmering, stir in cheese (reserve a pinch for garnish) until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.

    Add Chicken and Pasta and Finish Dish

    Add chicken, pasta, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir often until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
