Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix green beans, seasoned salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes -
Add the Chicken
Carefully remove from oven. Push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry. Place in empty side of tray and top with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-27 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top chicken with truffle butter and honey, and garnish green beans with pecans and cheese. Bon appétit!
