Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Make the Meatloaves
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Set cream cheese on counter to soften.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chipotle crema, chile and cumin rub, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves.Place loaves in one provided tray and place tray on a baking sheet. -
Add the Rice and Beans
Drain beans.
In second provided tray, combine beans, bacon, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Push to one side.Combine rice and pinch of salt in now-empty side of tray.Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays (rice and beans covered, meatloaves uncovered) in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Top meatloaves evenly with softened cream cheese, salsa (use less if spice-averse), and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish).Bake both trays again (rice and beans covered, loaves uncovered) until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, top rice with remaining shredded cheese. Rest loaves and let cheese melt, 3 minutes. Bon appétit!
