    Start the Peppers and Shrimp

Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.

Evenly divide diced peppers and shrimp between both provided trays. Top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp start to turn pink and peppers are tender, 9-11 minutes.

Shrimp will finish cooking in a later step.

Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid.

Evenly divide cream base, fiesta seasoning, pasta, cheddar-jack, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper between trays. Stir to combine and cover both trays with foil.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meal

Bake both trays covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
