Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Start the Chicken

    Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Pat chicken dry.

    Evenly divide chicken between both provided trays and top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    While chicken bakes, continue recipe.

    Add the Pasta and Peas

    Tear cheese into 1" pieces.

    Coarsely crush croutons.

    Carefully remove trays from oven. Drain liquid from trays. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Evenly divide bacon, chicken base, cream base, and cheese between both trays. Stir to combine.

    Evenly divide pasta and peas between both trays. Stir to combine.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until cheese melts, pasta is heated through, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-17 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine.

    To serve, garnish pasta with crispy onions and croutons. Bon appétit!
