Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.

Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken and bacon to hot pan. Stir occasionally until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
Make the Sauce
Add flour to hot pan and stir until no dry flour remains.
Add 1 cup water, softened cream cheese, chicken base, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir until thickened and smooth, 3-4 minutes. -
Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Add pasta, peas, and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) to hot pan. Stir to combine and return to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until pasta and peas are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
