Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Combine potatoes, corn, seasoned salt, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Push to one side and top with cheese. -
Add the Pork
Shred pork into bite-sized pieces. Add to empty side of tray and combine with BBQ sauce.
If using ground turkey or ground beef, break into bite-sized pieces and follow same instructions. If using shrimp, add to empty side of tray and follow same instructions. -
Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork is warmed through and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes. If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes. If using shrimp, bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste) and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
