Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Start the Green Beans

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    In provided tray, combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    While green beans bake, continue recipe.

    Add the Chicken

    In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, half the mustard (to taste; reserve remaining for crema), and 1/3 the creme fraiche (reserve remaining for crema). Set aside.

    After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid.

    Stir garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt into green beans until combined. Push to one side of tray and evenly top with bacon. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with cheese mixture.

    Bake Meal, Make Crema, and Finish Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    While meal bakes, combine remaining creme fraiche, remaining mustard (to taste), and 2 tsp. water in another mixing bowl. Set aside.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    To serve, top chicken with mustard crema. Bon appétit!
