Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In provided tray, combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, half the mustard (to taste; reserve remaining for crema), and 1/3 the creme fraiche (reserve remaining for crema). Set aside.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid.Stir garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt into green beans until combined. Push to one side of tray and evenly top with bacon. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with cheese mixture. -
Bake Meal, Make Crema, and Finish Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, combine remaining creme fraiche, remaining mustard (to taste), and 2 tsp. water in another mixing bowl. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top chicken with mustard crema. Bon appétit!
