Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using sirloin, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, cooking uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Add mashed potatoes and cheese to provided tray and stir to combine. Push to one side.Pat chicken dry.Place chicken in empty space and top evenly with caramelized onion jam. -
Add the Peas
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push mashed potatoes to one corner.Combine 2 tsp. olive oil, peas, and a pinch of salt and pepper in empty space in tray. -
Make Gravy and Finish Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-10 minutes.
While meal bakes, mix demi-glace, seasoning blend, cornstarch, and 2 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl until combined. Microwave on high, 20 seconds, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove gravy from microwave and stir in butter until completely combined. If too thick, stir in 1 Tbsp. water.Carefully remove tray from oven. Top chicken with gravy. Bon appétit!
