Toast the Garlic Bread
Spread butter evenly on cut-sides of ciabatta. Top with half the cheese (reserve remaining for sauce). Place on prepared baking sheet.
Toast in hot oven until cheese is brown and melted, 8-10 minutes.While garlic bread toasts, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim bottom ends from broccolini and cut into 2" lengths on an angle.
Stem and mince parsley. -
Cook the Broccolini
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccolini to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 8-10 minutes.
Transfer to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat. -
Make Sauce, Add Pasta, and Finish Dish
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and minced garlic and parsley to hot pan and stir occasionally until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
Add cream base, mirepoix base, garlic salt, remaining cheese (reserve a pinch for garnish), 1/2 tsp. pepper, and 2 Tbsp. water. Stir until sauce is combined and smooth, 30-60 seconds. Add pasta, broccolini, and parsley. Stir occasionally until pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with reserved cheese.
