If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 tsp. olive oil and butternut squash. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until slightly tender, 5-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and set aside.While butternut squash microwaves, crush crispy bell peppers. -
Make the Sauce
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add cream base and 1 1/2 cups water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. -
Add the Tortellini and Butternut Squash
Once simmering, add tortellini, a pinch of salt, and microwaved butternut squash to hot pan. Stir to combine and cover.
Stir occasionally until tortellini is heated through, 3-4 minutes. -
Add Cheese and Finish Dish
Add mirepoix base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), butter, garlic and parsley seasoning, and garlic salt to hot pan.
Stir often until combined and sauce is thickened, 3-4 minutes.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping tortellini with crushed crispy bell peppers and remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
