Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Mix potatoes, green beans, and seasoning blend in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Add the Chicken and Topping
Top vegetables with chicken. Top chicken with hot sauce (to taste), blue cheese, and one pat butter each.

3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
