Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, cook until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

If using Impossible burger, cook until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, savory seasoning, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
2 Start Meatloaves and Make Sauce
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add meatloaves to hot pan. Cook until evenly browned on one side, 4-6 minutes.
While meatloaves cook, in another mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Set aside. -
3 Finish the Meatloaves
After 4-6 minutes, flip meatloaves. Top evenly with sauce and cover.
Cook covered until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes.Remove from burner.While meatloaves cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook Vegetables and Finish Dish
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add carrots and green beans to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner. If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.While vegetables cook, stem and tear dill.Stir 1/4 tsp. dill (reserve remaining for garnish) and butter into vegetables until melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing vegetables with remaining dill (to taste).
