Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1/2" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for chicken). Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare Ingredients and Make Cheese Topping
Coarsely chop broccoli.
Place broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 3-4 minutes.While broccoli microwaves, mince garlic. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Set aside. -
Finish the Potatoes
After 20 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven. Stir garlic and Parmesan into potatoes. Spread into a single layer. Baking sheet and potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil.
Roast again in hot oven until browned and tender, 10-15 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Start the Chicken
Stir cheese topping into bowl with broccoli until combined. Set aside.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and sear until golden-brown on one side, 1-2 minutes.Flip and top chicken evenly with broccoli-cheese topping, pressing gently to adhere. You may have leftover topping. Chicken and pan will be hot! Use caution. -
Finish Chicken and Finish Dish
Transfer pan to hot oven and roast until topping browns and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
