Cook the Meal
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pasta, demi-glace, mushrooms, garlic salt, and 2 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir in cream base, peas, brisket, and a pinch of salt and pepper until completely combined. Cover tray with damp paper towel again. Microwave again until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pasta, demi-glace, mushrooms, garlic salt, and 2 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 9-10 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir in cream base, peas, brisket, and a pinch of salt and pepper until completely combined. Cover tray with foil again. Place tray on baking sheet. Bake again until heated through, 15-20 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!
