Cooking Guidelines

1 Make the Wrap
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Microwave steak strips until warm, 1-2 minutes. Toss steak with seasoning blend.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave, 30 seconds.Coarsely chop or tear romaine. Toss romaine with ranch dressing and blue cheese.Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Top tortillas with romaine, steak, and potato sticks. Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly. Bon appétit!
