Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Break up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Add protein to meal as desired.

Prepare Ingredients and Marinate Tomatoes
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" dice.
Tear spinach leaves.In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, pesto, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside. -
Start the Pizzas
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheets.
Bake in hot oven until slightly browned, 3-4 minutes. -
Finish the Pizzas
Carefully remove flatbreads from oven and flip to other side. Flatbreads and sheets will be hot! Use caution.
Evenly top with marinara, then mozzarella, then marinated tomatoes.Bake again in hot oven until flatbreads are golden-brown and mozzarella has melted, 10-12 minutes.While pizzas bake, continue recipe. -
Make Dressing and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine vinegar, honey, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with spinach, dressing, and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
