If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Mashed Potatoes
Place mashed potatoes in provided tray. Vigorously stir to combine and spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 5-7 minutes.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Finely crush pretzels in shipping bag.
Pat chicken dry.After 5-7 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and vigorously stir mashed potatoes to combine. Push potatoes to one side of tray and top with butter. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Butter will melt as meal bakes.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Top evenly with 2 tsp. mustard (reserve remaining for garnish), then pretzels, pressing gently to adhere. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir mashed potatoes to combine.To serve, top chicken with remaining mustard (using a clean utensil). Bon appétit!
