Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken, pat dry and season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 2, omitting the 1/4 tsp. salt and pinch of pepper and stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry and season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. In Step 4, add shrimp to hot pan and cook undisturbed until seared on one side, 2-3 minutes. Flip, and cook until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 1-2 minutes.

If using bacon, line a plate with a paper towel. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add bacon to hot pan. Flip occasionally until crisp, 6-8 minutes. Transfer to towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.

Prepare the Ingredients
Halve tomatoes.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle. Keep white and green portions separate. -
Cook the Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and generously coat with cooking spray.
Add ground beef, seasoning blend, white portions of green onions, tomatoes, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Cook, breaking up meat, until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes.Drain fat from pan, if desired. -
Finish the Skillet
Add cream to pan and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.Add cheese and stir until melted, 30-60 seconds.Stir in pasta and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cook until warmed through, 1-2 minutes. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing pasta with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
