Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Make the Meatballs
Spray both provided trays with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. water and panko. Let rest, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add ground beef, chimichurri seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to bowl with panko and thoroughly combine. Form into 16 evenly-sized meatballs.Evenly divide meatballs between both prepared trays. Top each tray with 1/2 tsp. olive oil. -
2 Add the Vegetables
Prick tomatoes with a fork (if you receive a whole tomato, cut into 1" dice).
Divide tomatoes and pepper and onion mix (if you receive a whole bell pepper and onion, cut into 1/2" slices) evenly between both trays. Evenly divide 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper between both trays. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Tzatziki
Wrap flatbreads in foil.
Bake flatbreads (wrapped) and both trays uncovered in hot oven until flatbreads are heated through, vegetables are tender, and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.While meal bakes, combine sour cream, tzatziki, and a pinch of salt in another mixing bowl.Carefully remove flatbreads and trays from oven.To serve, fill flatbreads with meatballs and vegetables and top with tzatziki.
