Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until Impossible burger reaches a minimum internal temperature, 12-15 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim ends off green beans, if necessary.
Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. -
Roast the Green Beans
Place green beans on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, piri piri seasoning (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender but still crisp, 11-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Pour melted butter over green beans and toss or gently stir to coat. Sheet and green beans will be hot! Use a utensil.While green beans roast, continue recipe. -
Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into six equally-sized meatballs. -
Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan. Roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-14 minutes. Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with tzatziki and cheese. Bon appétit!
