Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Pasta and Spinach
Using hands, tear spinach into smaller pieces.
Evenly divide spinach, pasta, and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays. Cover both trays with foil. -
Add the Sauce
Bake covered in hot oven until spinach wilts, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Evenly divide onion salt, cream cheese, Bolognese, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Cover trays with foil. -
Bake Meal and Make Herbed Ricotta
Bake again covered in hot oven until heated through, 13-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and chimichurri seasoning. Set aside.Carefully remove from oven. Add 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper to both trays and stir to combine.To serve, dollop ricotta mixture over pasta and garnish with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
