Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Beef Mixture
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground beef to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.While beef cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Trim ends off snow peas. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add broccoli, snow peas, umami seasoning, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish Beef Mixture and Finish Dish
Add chicken base and garlic sesame sauce to hot pan with beef and bring to simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping beef with vegetables and garnishing with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
