Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
If using chicken breasts, pat dry and season same amount.Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chops to hot pan and cook until golden brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner.If using chicken breasts, follow same instructions and cook until minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.While pork chops cook, cook green beans. -
Cook the Green Beans
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and onions to hot pan and stir occasionally until green beans are tender, 8-10 minutes.
If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Remove from burner. Stir in cheese. -
Glaze the Pork Chops
Off burner, add BBQ sauce to pan with pork chops, and flip chops to coat.

Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spooning any additional BBQ sauce from pan over pork chops. Bon appétit!
