1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.
In one section of provided tray, combine broccoli, BBQ spice rub, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 Tbsp. water.Add mashed potatoes and half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping) to empty section of provided tray and vigorously stir to combine.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered, 3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Vigorously stir mashed potatoes to combine and push to one side of its section.Transfer broccoli to now-empty half of section next to mashed potatoes. Top mashed potatoes with bacon and remaining cheese. Add brisket to now-empty section of tray and top with BBQ sauce.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until warmed through, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, garnish brisket with crispy onions. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.

Place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Vigorously stir mashed potatoes to combine and push to one side of its section.Transfer broccoli to now-empty half of section next to potatoes. Top mashed potatoes with bacon and remaining cheese. Add brisket to now-empty section of tray and top with BBQ sauce.Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until warmed through, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, garnish brisket with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
