1 Microwave Instructions
Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.
In one section of provided tray, combine poblano (to taste) and 1 tsp. water. Cover with a damp towel. Microwave covered until tender, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add corn, cheese, pesto (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper to poblanos. Mix well. In empty section of tray, combine brisket and BBQ sauce. Mix until brisket is coated. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until brisket is warmed through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.While tortillas warm, stem cilantro and reserve whole leaves.Carefully remove tortillas from microwave.To serve, fill tortilla with BBQ brisket, poblano-corn mixture, and cilantro. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.
In one section of provided tray, combine poblano (to taste) and 1 tsp. olive oil.Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Add corn, cheese, pesto (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper to poblanos. Mix well. In empty section of tray, combine brisket and BBQ sauce. Mix until brisket is coated. Cover tray with foil.Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until heated through, 10-12 minutes.While meal bakes, wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.Stem cilantro and reserve whole leaves. Carefully remove tray from oven and tortillas from microwave.To serve, fill tortilla with BBQ brisket, poblano-corn mixture, and cilantro. Bon appétit!
